Good work ! Is there any ETF / ETN that you use to trade Coffee and Sugar?
ReplyDeleteThere are several, including JO for coffee and SGG for sugar, but because they don't trade on the same hours that futures trade, and do not have as much volume / liquidity, you can easily miss key turning points or get unfavorable prices if you need to close a large position.
ReplyDeleteI use LSUG and LCFE (London) which are both leveraged ETFs. As long as there is a strong uptrend they deliver pretty good. If there is too much sideways action, contango kills the gains.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to take a long term position I think the perfect entry point doesn't matter that much.
