Thanks for providing the FTSE charts. Are you seeing any more significant move building - topping process nearly complete - looking at the linger term trend lines you maintain?
All part of healthy debate :) lets hope the red support doesnt hold. Interesting thing I read about ftse weekly. Apparently hasnt closed above 6754 in 13years. It failed to do so again this week.

ReplyDeleteI think FTSE has not topped yet. We may get a strong bounce at the lower band and make one more high.
ReplyDeleteAre you expecting the FTSE to top below the May high this year of 6870ish or challenge the 6950 high from 1999?
ReplyDeleteYou are asking all the tough questions Duncan. :) If the red channel's lower band holds, yes I expect a new high and maybe a run to 6950.
